FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we're asked most about selling broken LCDs.

Which devices do you buy?

We buy broken LCD and OLED screens for Samsung Galaxy and Apple iPhone handsets, from single units to full trade batches.

Do you take LCDs that are completely smashed?

Yes. Screens are accepted across a range of conditions and graded accordingly — a cracked display doesn't rule it out.

How is my batch graded?

Every screen is tested and inspected on arrival using a consistent grading standard, so the same criteria apply to every seller.

How do I get paid?

Once you approve the quote for your batch, payment is released to your account. See the LCD Buyback page for the full process.

How long does the process take?

Turnaround varies with batch size, but grading and quoting normally happens quickly after your LCDs arrive with us.

Can I send a large trade batch?

Yes — we regularly work with repair shops and refurbishers sending batches well beyond single units. Get in touch with rough numbers and we'll advise on next steps.
